Policy

Individual in-car lessons are available at $70 per lesson in Abbotsford. Additional fees of $20 will be charged for out-of-area lessons or road tests. Each lesson consists of a minimum of 55 minutes of practice time and 5 minutes to review progress and book the next lesson. If the student is late, the lesson will commence at the scheduled time. No extra time will be allotted.
Lesson fees must be paid at the start of each lesson, package, or road test. 5% GST will be charged if payment is made by e-transfer.
For students of the driving school, a car is available for the road test at a charge of $140, which includes pickup, drop-off, and 60 minutes of practice time prior to the road test.
If the client requesting a car rental is not a student of the driving school, a minimum one-hour driving skills assessment will be required. This will be charged at our regular hourly rates.
If a student wishes to cancel a lesson, 24 hours’ notice must be given, or a cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
We offer individual in-vehicle training only. There will be a maximum of three people in the vehicle during the lesson (i.e., student, instructor, and one passenger).
We guarantee the quality of our instruction. A student may request a refund for a package only after the first class. If a refund is requested after the first class, the student will be charged for each individual lesson already taken at the standard individual lesson rate. The remaining balance of the package will be refunded. All approved refunds will be processed within 24 hours.
Students must give the school 72 hours’ notice to cancel a road test booked by the school. Failure to do so may result in ICBC charging the student a $25 late cancellation fee.
The standby road test fee is $150, which includes the car and 60 minutes of practice time prior to the road test.
